2 x Project Managers East Coast USA (ISDM Inc)

ISDM provides AV/VC solutions and is seeking an individual who will be committed to all aspects of our client’s brand throughout their day to day activities. This is a full-time role and the candidate will be based in the East Coast to serve the growing customer commitments across the Americas, where you will be required to be on site as required to manage all live projects in the region. Home working is permitted when feasible for client needs.

Breakfix Engineer East Coast USA (ISDM Inc).

Managing VC and AV cases end to end, communicating with customers and keeping technical operations staff up to date via email and case updates.

Logging all cases on Salesforce or Service Now, ensuring that detailed information is inputted and cases are kept up to date with actions and next steps noted.

Project Lead Singapore (ISDM PTE).

ISDM provides AV/VC solutions and is seeking an individual who will be committed to all aspects of our client’s brand throughout their day to day activities. This is a full-time role and the candidate will be based in Singapore to serve the growing customer commitments across APAC region where you will be required to be on site as required to manage all live projects in the region. Home working is permitted when feasible for client needs.

2 x Tier 1 Technical Operations Support Engineer (Mandarin Speaking, Night Shift).

As a member of our Global Technical Operations Team reporting to the Service Desk Lead, the Tier 1 Support Engineer will provide day-to-day break fix engineering services to our managed service customers
The Technical operations team delivers from the UK and the US on a 24/5 basis to our global customers and you will be required to work across early, late and night shift patterns. Flexibility is key for the role and it will be your responsibility to operate within a service desk function based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. This will be a night shift pattern with various shifts on a rota pattern between 10pm and 8am GMT to ensure full coverage to deliver the 24×5 service on a global basis.

Inventory Co-Ordinator

The primary purpose of this role is to manage ISDM’s Cambridge inventory and support the procurement process to deliver projects successfully following the five rights of procurement.
The role will provide an administrative and support function in a busy day to day environment working closely with the Procurement and Inventory team in meeting goals, managing tracking systems and acting as a liaison to other departments.

Senior Engineer - Site Based

The primary purpose of the role is to support the Project engineer on site in Cambridge by the way of managing teams of engineers to deliver the full AV solution across multiple types of technology in both bespoke and standard room types in the AV/VC industry
The individual will be an ISDM advocate and will ensure that the ISDM brand of Quality and Customer Commitment is evidenced through their behaviours and the service they deliver.
