IT Lead and Support Engineer
Responsible for the strategic vision for the design, implementation and support of all internal systems including the network, Cloud Services, Mobile and Desktop Services across all our Global offices. The successful candidate will have access to a Junior IT Engineer to assist with the support and on-going maintenance of business systems.
Breakfix Engineer East Coast USA (ISDM Inc).
Managing VC and AV cases end to end, communicating with customers and keeping technical operations staff up to date via email and case updates.
Logging all cases on Salesforce or Service Now, ensuring that detailed information is inputted and cases are kept up to date with actions and next steps noted.
Inventory Co-Ordinator
The primary purpose of this role is to manage ISDM’s Cambridge inventory and support the procurement process to deliver projects successfully following the five rights of procurement.
The role will provide an administrative and support function in a busy day to day environment working closely with the Procurement and Inventory team in meeting goals, managing tracking systems and acting as a liaison to other departments.
Senior Engineer - Site Based
The primary purpose of the role is to support the Project engineer on site in Cambridge by the way of managing teams of engineers to deliver the full AV solution across multiple types of technology in both bespoke and standard room types in the AV/VC industry
The individual will be an ISDM advocate and will ensure that the ISDM brand of Quality and Customer Commitment is evidenced through their behaviours and the service they deliver.
Lead AV Technician (Wilmington)
Looking for an immediate start, on site hours will be 37.5 hours a week, start time may vary from 7am onwards depending on the needs of the client.
Senior Enterprise Networks Engineer
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure client Enterprise Networks solutions are designed, communicated, and delivered in accordance with ISDM Solutions quality standards. The role will also need to fulfil Networks Infrastructure support and maintenance. It is a field-based role. Candidate must be able to offer proof of valid right to work.
Finance Admin
The role consists of 37.5 hours per week on a 9am – 5.30pm basis, you will report into the Head of Finance along with some reporting into the assistant accountants. The role will, the right candidate, provide the opportunity for real individual responsibility.
