Business Development Manager
The role is client facing with the main purpose of uncovering sales opportunities and the means through which ISDM Solutions can further develop commercial relationships beyond the existing client base.
Onsite Support Technician
The candidate will work a 37.5 hour work week, Monday – Friday with varying work shifts between 6am and 8pm on a rota basis. The role is to manage and action the resolution of AV and VC Technical faults at sites within the London/Cambridge area within the terms of the contracts.
The primary purpose of the role is to develop ISDM in house engineering capability to serve both ISDM’s Project and Support requirements being responsible for installation and commissioning of bespoke AV projects across ISDM UK and Global customer base. The individual will be an ISDM advocate and will ensure that the ISDM brand of Quality and Customer Commitment is evidenced through their behaviours and the service they deliver.
